Our Lady of Mercy organizes sports teams for students and parishioners throughthe Archdiocese of Washington Catholic Youth Organization (CYO).
Sports offered include Soccer, Basketball, Baseball and Softball. Ages vary by sport, but may include grades 1 through 8.
Our Lady of Mercy CYO Sports is an organization staffed solely by volunteers.
Consequently, our success depends upon people giving their time for their children.
Please consider volunteering.

Registration for Mercy's Fall CYO programs is now open! We are excited to offer developmental and competitive soccer programs; a developmental lacrosse program for beginners; and a cross country running program. As many of you know, our CYO programs are such a positive place for our kids to develop athletically, build memorable friendships, and to just have fun playing sports.Registration closes on Sept. 17, 2022, but many programs start on Sept. 9, 2022. Although there is time, we recommend that you do not delay!
Finally, we are looking for parents to volunteer and serve as head and assistant coaches for the soccer, lacrosse, and cross-country programs. Previous coaching or playing experience in the sport is not required (though it is always a plus!!!). We really just want folks who enjoy working with kids and want to have a positive impact on them.
